NES reserves absolute authority to terminate accounts, restrict registration permissions, or remove credentials if fraudulent data or security breaches are identified.

Our curricula and training publications represent proprietary intellectual materials. All content displayed on nes.ind.in and detailed in printed kits (textbooks, math kits, certificates, teachers manuals, digital modules) are protected by copyright, trademark, and patents filed in accordance with Indian Intellectual Property laws:

Transactions regarding franchise applications, curriculum delivery, school supply contracts, and individual certifications are governed under the following terms:

• Pricing & Taxes: Fees are quote-driven (B2B) or listed directly on payment pages. All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to Good and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by national agencies.
• PG Operations: Payments processed via Razorpay or equivalent gateway platforms are subject to external transaction agreements.
• Delinquencies: NES reserves the right to halt training support, digital logins, or shipping consignments if invoices remain unresolved beyond agreed credit windows.

When utilizing our website or training resources, you promise to abstain from:

• Running crawlers, spiders, scraping tools, or network denial algorithms (DDoS) against our server infrastructure.
• Falsifying identities, designating fake organization profiles, or misrepresenting affiliations.
• Attempting unauthorized penetration testing, database manipulation, or source code reverse-engineering.

Educational Progress Disclaimer: NES designs peerless methodologies for handwriting recovery, Vedic calculations, and technological capability. However, relative student milestones depend on teacher execution, school tracking parameters, and student practice habits. We make no specific promises of elevated examination marks or grade metrics.

Availability Warning:Our digital platforms and website services are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" standard. We are not liable for server downtime or data transfer failures beyond reasonable management capabilities.

Limit of Compensation: Under no condition shall NES, its founders, or directors be liable for secondary or consequential damages. Maximum financial liabilities are capped strictly at the exact fee amounts received by NES from the claimant user during the single calendar quarter (3 months) preceding the legal petition.

These terms represent an active contractual agreement until terminated by either party. Individual users may terminate agreements by closing portal access.

For contract-bound school partners, termination frameworks are subject to respective signed physical Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Unpaid usage or intellectual property piracy authorizes NES to block platform integrations instantly.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation, dispute resolution procedures, or enforcement inquiries shall be filed exclusively under the jurisductions of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
